2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and, where you act for an owner or agency, authorised to do so.
3. Listings and content
You may only list property you own or are authorised to market. Listings must be accurate, lawful and not misleading.
We may review, edit, decline or remove any listing or content that breaches these terms, RERA rules or applicable law.
You grant us a licence to display and distribute your listing content on the platform and in related marketing.
4. Enquiries and transactions
The Milkat Hub is a discovery and connection platform. We are not a party to, broker of, or guarantor of any transaction between users.
Verification badges reflect checks carried out at a point in time and are not a warranty of title, condition or price.
Carry out your own due diligence and take independent legal advice before committing to any transaction.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or bulk-export data, upload malware, impersonate others, or use the platform to harass or defraud anyone.
Do not post duplicate, fake or spam listings.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and for the acts of other users.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on this page with a revised date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
